18 years ago Michael LaCava found his passion for real estate and decided to put his dreams to the test and make it a career. The business has grown a long way since then.

He started out by flipping houses but somewhere along the way he began building as well. Building houses from land, tearing distressed houses down and putting up new ones in their place, improving neighborhoods. The company has also recently in the last few years started working on a couple new developments. Working as the developer and builder at Plumb Corner in Rochester, MA and as the builder on a development in Falmouth, MA.

His goal here at Repurpose Properties is to create new homes with quality materials at an affordable price. He strives to make the houses he builds a place people can call their home.
