Michael is the proud owner of Repurpose Properties and construction. He oversees all aspects of the business and mainly handles all financial operations and decisions. He is a visionary and has brought the company from its start up phase of renovating distressed bank owned properties to building and developing large residential projects. He will not compromise on the quality of the homes his company builds regardless of whether it is a starter home or multimillion dollar home. He strives for perfection to except excellence and his entire team of employees and subcontractors understand this concept and are expected to do the same.
